Project Summary

Problem
Consistent test execution across different browsers and platforms, parallel test execution, dynamic test data management, and CI/CD pipeline integration were the most critical requirements.
Solution
We developed an automation platform based on Selenium with support for parallel test execution. With a visual test editor, automatic report generation, and Jira integration, we fully digitized the QA workflow.
Results
Test cycle time reduced by 70%. Test coverage increased from 45% to 92%. Production errors decreased by 60%.
