Automation in Logistics
We developed a conversation-based bot system that automates logistics operations using the WhatsApp Business API.
Project Summary
Our client operating in the logistics sector wanted to automate customer service and order tracking processes. Hundreds of recurring queries daily were consuming the operations team's time.
Problem
Natural language understanding, conversation memory management, and real-time integration with the existing ERP system were the most critical technical challenges. The bot had to be able to process the complex structure of Turkish correctly.
Solution
We developed a chatbot built on the WhatsApp Business API with context awareness. We automated main flows such as order tracking, delivery status inquiries, and customer complaints. We ensured conversation continuity with Redis-based session management.
Results
Customer service load decreased by 85%. Average response time dropped from 15 minutes to under 2 seconds. Customer satisfaction score increased by 30%.
