We developed a digital platform that simplifies event planning and management for a major Turkish bank.
Project Summary
Our client was handling the planning of hundreds of corporate events each year, invitation management, and participant tracking using manual processes. This situation resulted in time loss and organizational errors.
Problem
Simultaneous event management in a multi-branch structure, invitation and RSVP automation, real-time notifications, and detailed reporting requirements were the core challenges of the project.
Solution
We developed a platform that includes event creation, invitation sending, QR code check-in, real-time notifications, and comprehensive analytics modules. With responsive design, we support both desktop and mobile usage.
Results
Event planning time was reduced by 65%. Participant satisfaction reached 98%. Manual processes were completely eliminated.
