Project Summary
Our client was tracking entry and exit in its multi-location structure using old RFID systems. Central processing and reporting of the data was difficult.
Problem
Integration with RFID hardware at more than 25 different locations, real-time data synchronization, complex shift management, and legal compliance requirements were the main challenges.
Solution
We developed a cloud-based time and attendance management system integrated with RFID readers. We added automatic shift scheduling, overtime calculation, leave management, and detailed reporting modules.
Results
The timekeeping error rate fell below 0.2%. The HR department's reporting time decreased by 80%. A 15% saving was achieved in overtime costs.
